Nothing is Waste – Training the Trainer
With the support of the National Lottery, The Future of Hope vzw hosted an inspiring two-day workshop where participants learned how to grow mushrooms using simple and sustainable materials like straw, coffee grounds, and seeds.
The training was completely free and hands-on, giving participants the skills not only to grow mushrooms at home but also to share their knowledge within their communities. Because what is often seen as waste can actually be the beginning of something new: food, livelihoods, and transformation.
