Since 1977, Marc has travelled and worked all over Africa with projects mostly focussed on economic (rural) development and sustainable growth. Over more than 20 years he has served several international positions in Alcatel (now Nokia), at local, international and corporate level. He became independent consultant in 2002.

As Rotarian and as Blue Economy entrepreneur, Marc has participated in several humanity and economic development projects in Africa. Marc met Chido in 2010 and since then he is committed in assisting the team to craft the future of the Future of Hope Foundation in Zimbabwe and beyond.

Marc holds a master degree in Applied Economics from the UFSIA University in Antwerp and a Master of Business Administration from the KUL (Catholic University Louvain - now Vlerick School).
