Noen is fascinated by both the biological and technical side of mushroom growing. As someone who enjoys harvesting from her own garden, she saw the workshop as a chance to learn, experiment, and bring people together around food and creativity.
Stijn is passionate about mushrooms and vegetarian cooking. He joined the workshop to gain hands-on experience, and found not only useful techniques, but also a place to connect with others and grow his skills.
